What if my item arrives damaged?

Many quality steps are taken to ensure your products arrive to you in excellent condition. If you are accepting an in-home delivery, it is very important you inspect the purchase upon arrival. Or if you are picking up at one of our warehouses, please make sure you fully inspect your furniture before you leave our facility.

If a damage is present, we can do several things to remedy the problem.

In-Home Delivery Damages: If you are receiving delivery during our business hours, call us. But, as a general rule, please return any damaged items with the delivery team. Or if the delivery team can touch up or fix the issue, this is the best option. We also may be able to see if parts are available to ship to you.

Customer Pick-ups: If you notice a damage while inspecting, have our warehouse team call us. If we can’t provide a replacement, we can possibly order parts to ship to you, or reorder the merchandise.

What if I changed my mind and don’t want my item?

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, please call us. We will try to cancel with the manufacturer and provide a full refund less credit card fees.

If you order cannot be cancelled with the manufacturer or if your purchase has already shipped, we cannot provide a refund. Exceptions are possible, so please give us a call.
